In nowadays, Diabetes, or in normal words Sugar is a very common disease. This problem is not only with old age people but it is happening to middle age after 35 age, this is because of our improper diet and lack of internet in doing daily exercise. First, we have to understand how do people have this disease:

Diabetes:

High blood sugar transpires when your body does not make enough use of insulin, a hormone that controls blood glucose and also helps it to enter your cells for energy.

Then we can assume this 50% of all U.S. adults are suffering from diabetes or prediabetes.

There are several ways to controls the sugar level in our body, Lets have a look at it:

Regular Exercise boosts our insulin sensitivity and helps our muscles to use glucose effectively. That can lead to decreased blood sugar levels.

Increased insulin sensitivity determines our cells are quite able to use the available sugar in our bloodstream.
Regular Exercise also helps muscles to use blood sugar for energy and muscle contraction. There are many helpful forms of exercise, they include weightlifting, brisk walking, biking, running, hiking, dancing, yoga,  swimming, and many more.

2. Choose proper Diet:

Choosing a proper diet plays a very important role in reducing the blood sugar level in our blood. We have to get into a routine where we have to avoid the large meal and eating too much in one sitting. Also, we have to take foods that have full fiber.
Fiber plays a very vital role, too. Researches have found that high-fiber foods can reduce the rate of type 2 diabetes by 15 to 19% compared to low-fiber foods.
Some foods that increase your sugar levels like pretzels, white rice, and white bread tend to have a high GI. For low-GI foods like Dried beans and legumes, Fruits, Oatmeal, Non-starchy vegetables.

3. Get More Quality Sleep:

A continued lack of sleep may give to the risk of type 2 diabetes, according to small research published in Diabetologia in February 2015. It is very important to have proper sleep for a healthy body. Sort sleep causes many diseases in our body like tiredness, stress,
including obesity, heart disease, and headaches.

4. Drink More Water:

Having sufficient water through this we Staying hydrated, which is an easy way to control our blood sugar levels. More specifically, the researchers found people who drank less than ½ liter of water per day were at enhanced risk of increasing blood sugar issues. The idea is only that water helps rinse the glucose out of the body.

Always sitting, taking rest increases the sugar level in your body because we all know that glucose produces energy if we do not spend that energy, It will be stored in our body which increased the sugar level. 

All fitness watches, bands have the activity tracker, only because of this. If some have diabetes, then he or she should have the morning walks, do exercise. It will help them to reduce their sugar level. Always remember this: increase of the rate of exercise or activity is personal to decrease the rate of diabetes.
